I will be needing two dsm td05 20g billet extended tip turbos and I need a quote for the full turbo x2 because it is a v6 my budy had two td06 20g’s made for his 3.0 3000gt and they never spooled up so I want to make sure I get something streetable for my 3.8 3000gt convertion capable of 900+awhp

We had someone make 900 hp on evo 3 16gs. i can make you the 20gs, do you want to stay with the Mitsubishi DSM turbine housings or t3 housings?

That sounds great okay so a lot’s happened since I left that last comment and I learned a bit as well… I just got a set of converted td05 14b’s the guy says they do not make but 5 psi boost on his vr4 I’m looking at the turbine on both sets. The eBay 20G’s and these hybrid 20Gs that started life as 14 B’s…

From flicking my finger back and forth at the hybrid 20g turbine and observation, it appears to have thinner turbine blades and a less aggressiv curve and seem to be much easier to spin and stop!(better than the eBay turbos) But the kicker Is, the eBay turbos actually SPOOL and hit 10psi boost even though they are heavier standard turbines! I tried researching I can’t find who makes these turbines but I want to have a quick spoiling td05 16g if possible… the Turbos don’t appear to need to be rebuilt I traded my kinugawa turbos for them and they have quite a bit more movement as do the eBay turbo’s he gave me but They don’t have 300 miles on either so I would like to convert if possible also looking at best options for turbine as I don’t think anything aggressive in the TD05 is going to flow less than a TD04HL that I formerly hadI don’t think Flo is going to be a concern here (just response timing)

I was wondering if you had the TDO6 turbine wheels in stock? I was looking on your eBay, planning on buying that turbine wheel with 7cm housing and either 3076 or 35r wheel. I already have your TDO6 comp cover and can machine it out more. Which comp wheel would you recommend? Thanks

      Yes we have the tdo6 turbines in stock. We have 9 blade tdo5h 49 x 55, 9 blade sl2 54 x 61, tdo6 55 x 65, tdo6h 58.8 x 67.2 11 blade or 9 blade. For that size compressor i would go with the tdo6h 9 blade, but you must have machinable 7 cm or 8cm. The 7 cm from the evo 3 isnt machinable, it to the tdo6h, you have to have a big 16g, small 16g, or 14b housing.

I have two Greddy TD06 20’s on my 350z. They need to be rebuilt and I’m wondering what upgrades i can do while they are out and getting rebuilt. I would like to upgrade the wheels and bearings/seals if possible. I’m just trying to do some research and see what parts availability is like. Thanks in advance for any help/advice. Also i plan on ceramic coating the turbine housings inside and out will this cause any problems with seals or reliability?

I have two 1994 subaru wrx td05h-16g and was looking at having one machined to a 20g compressor housing with a billet wheel. Do you have any recommendations? Power goal is 325-400whp. Running e85
