How does this kit increase the performance of a stock Evo 9 turbo? Is this just ment to be a replacement to rebuild a tired turbo?
Its dont increase the performance, it increases the durability. This kits is needed for 20g and larger turbos.
I have a MAP turbo #000153 on a 06 evo 8 that was on the car when I got it.
I can’t seam to find any data info or specs on this thing I even called MAP and was told to email customer service and I’ve yet to get a reply
My question is will the rebuild kit work on my unit
And is there an upgrade core/compressor option possible?? Cost being a major factor
