The 94 -97 Turbine Is Larger and Is and Upgrade to the 1999 to 2003 7.3 Powerstroke.

This Shaft is Found on 1999 – 2003 7.3 Powerstroke:

  • Inducer: 76.50 MM
  • Exducer: 67.78 MM
  • Tip Height: 11.90 MM
  • Journal: 10.16 MM
  • Stem: 6.35 MM
  • Blades: 10

Most of the 7.3 Powerstroke Turbos Have a 67mm Turbine Shaft. There is a 69.78mm Turbine Shaft Upgrade Available that Isn’t Required, But It is an Option, 94-97 models and 01-03 E450 models only had the 69.78mm turbine factory and had no wastegate. Here are the different turbine wheel and shaft sizes.
