How much would it cost for you to machine a 2007 ford powerstroke 6.0 exhaust housing for the 64 mm 10 blade turbine wheel?

What would it cost to rebuild a 2005 6.0 turbo with 10 blade exhaust wheel and 63.5 billet compressor wheel parts and all? And what would be time frame?

I have a 2003 turbo here, do you want a 2003 upgrade turbo back or do you want a 2004.5 – 2007 upgraded model. If you have us upgrade a 2003 model and the shaft is still good then you don’t have to pay for the 2003 upgraded shaft or machining the turbine housing so the cost for the upgrade and rebuild is only 450$.

Can you rebuild ono of you cores with the upgrades and I’ll send you my turbo to replace the core once it’s completed?

Yes I have done, currently I have 2 cores that need the unison ring, and backplate. I need to buy some more cores because I can’t find backplate very easily. I will start searching. I will get the replacement parts to fix my cores but I currently do not have the plate or unison ring in stock.

How much would it be for a “drop in” turbo like the one in the video? I have a 2005 F350. I see that it was 650 bucks a few months ago and I’m wondering if the price went up.

Good morning Austin, I have a 2003 6.0 and I would like information on increasing the size of the turbo compressor housing and incorporate either a Wicked Wheel or PowerMax wheel whichever would generate quicker spool times and more horsepower. Do I have to send you anything? Should I go reduce costs? Is there value to machining the turbine housing to have more volume? Do these mods produce HP, or just affect spool time? I’ve watched all your 6.0 videos and read your posts but I guess I’m still not clear. I have to take out the turbo for a head gasket job, so I’d like to upgrade things in the process. Hoping to create gains and stop using my tuner. I have about 35k on the turbo.

    Thank you

I’m planning a 625 hp build on an 2005 6.0 powerstroke . I’ll be using the 90 hp injectors . And Maybe new heads . Is this turbo upgrade going to have fast spool up and is it going to be efficient enough ?
